Conforly AB ("Conforly," "we," "us," or "our") operates conforly.app (the "Service")—a cloud-based Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform designed to help organizations manage EU AI Act compliance and related governance requirements.
The Service currently focuses on EU AI Act compliance. We will expand to additional compliance domains over time.
By signing up or using Conforly, you agree to these Terms.
2. Access & use
Who can use it: Organizations with legal authority to bind themselves and their users to these Terms.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for all user access under your account.
Prohibited use: You may not use Conforly to:
Violate any law or regulation
Circumvent technical or security measures
Reverse-engineer or extract our obligations register content for competitive purposes
Infringe third-party intellectual property
3. Content ownership & obligations register
Obligations register: The AI Act obligations data (our "Register") is our proprietary structured compilation, versioned and updated as EU legislation evolves. You may not republish, redistribute, or use it outside the Service.
Your data: Compliance assessments, risk registers, and governance records you create in Conforly are yours. You grant us a license to store, process, and analyze them to provide the Service and improve it.
4. AI assistance
Conforly includes optional AI-powered guidance (e.g., gap identification in technical documentation).
Not legal advice: AI assistance is informational only. You remain responsible for all compliance decisions.
Human review required: Guidance should be reviewed by your compliance team before acting on it.
No guarantees: We do not warrant that AI assistance identifies all gaps or is legally complete.
5. Limitation of liability
Conforly is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
Lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
Errors in the obligations register or AI guidance
Regulatory penalties or fines resulting from your use of Conforly
Cap: Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
